Ahead of his White House swearing-in ceremony on Sunday, President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden traveled to Arlington National Cemetery to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns, honoring fallen troops.
The President and Vice President arrived at 9:00 AM, and placed the large wreath with red, white and blue flowers on the memorial. A bugler played "Taps" as the two stood with their hands over their hearts. Biden was sworn in early on Sunday morning at the Naval Observatory.
